🛍️ 1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged or broken product on delivery (with proof)

Missing items in the order

Size mismatch (only if mentioned clearly before purchase)

To approve your return, we may ask for:

Clear photo or video proof of the issue

Original packaging (if available)

Order ID and delivery name

Returns without proof or after 3 days will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed in the following ways:

✅ Full Refund – if item was not delivered or was cancelled before shipping

✅ Partial Refund/Replacement – if product is damaged or incomplete

✅ No Refund – if return policy is misused or delay is from customer side

Refunds will be done via UPI/Paytm/PhonePe within 2–5 working days after verification.

Currently, we do not offer reverse pickup.

Customer will need to courier the product back, if required (we will guide on WhatsApp).
